Complete electrical for new homes, from rough-in through final trim, coordinated with your builder’s schedule.
Power for accessory dwelling units: service and subpanel planning plus dedicated circuits for kitchen, laundry, and HVAC.
New layouts and rewiring for kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-house renovations.
Replace an outdated or undersized panel, or add a subpanel for a garage, workshop, ADU, or addition.
Replace aging or damaged wiring, room by room or across the entire house.
Tripping breakers, dead outlets, flickering lights, and other faults traced to the source and fixed.
New recessed layouts planned for even light and clean ceilings.
Add or replace light fixtures, fans, switches, and receptacles.
Entry, security, and facade lighting that makes the outside of the home safer and easier to use.
Path, garden, and accent lighting, with photocells and timers for automatic control.
Generator installation and connection for backup power.
Indoor or outdoor charger installation for any vehicle, with guidance on SCE Charge Ready Home rebates for panel upgrades.

■ Panel upgrades & EV
A Level 2 charger often needs more capacity than an older panel has. We assess the panel, upgrade it when needed, and install the charger. Eligible SCE customers may qualify for Charge Ready Home rebates toward the panel upgrade.
