Southern California Edison now takes building, renovation, and project planning applications online through its Building, Renovation, and Project Planning Portal (BRPPP).

Applications now go online.
SCE has opened the Building, Renovation, and Project Planning Portal for online submissions. If you submitted a project application to SCE another way, SCE is asking customers to resubmit it through the portal so it can be reviewed faster.
This typically matters when a project changes your electrical service: new construction, ADUs, major renovations, or service and panel upgrades that need SCE review.

Go to sce.com/projectportal and sign in or create an account.

Review the checklist
Use SCE’s BRPPP User Guide to see what your project type requires.

Resubmit online
Enter your application in the portal, including any project you already submitted another way.

Coordinate the work
If your project involves electrical work, bring us in early so plans and timing line up.
